Product Overview

Improve the aerodynamics and race-inspired styling of your Honda CBR600RR with the Puig R-Racer Screen. Developed using experience gained from high-level motorcycle competition, the R-Racer takes inspiration from the windscreen profiles used in MotoGP and WorldSBK, providing increased aerodynamic protection for both fast road and track riding.

The raised racing profile is designed to direct airflow higher over the rider's helmet and shoulders, helping reduce wind pressure and fatigue at speed. At 275 mm high, the R-Racer is approximately 55 mm taller than the original Honda screen, providing increased coverage while maintaining the aggressive proportions of the CBR600RR.

Manufactured from durable 3 mm high-impact acrylic, the screen combines low weight with excellent resistance to impacts. Its carefully finished 2 mm rounded contour provides additional safety and complies with European homologation requirements.

Assembly Instructions and Warnings

· Remove the original screen following standard workshop procedures.
· Install the Puig R-Racer Screen using the motorcycle's original mounting points and appropriate fixings.
· Ensure the screen is correctly positioned and aligned before tightening.
· Do not overtighten the mounting hardware.
· Periodically check all screen fixings for correct tightness.
