Developed by the Termignoni Reparto Corse Racing Department, this full titanium racing exhaust system has been engineered exclusively for the new Yamaha YZF-R9, delivering maximum performance for track days and competitive racing.

Designed to unlock the full potential of Yamaha's CP3 engine, the system features precision-engineered stainless steel headers combined with a lightweight titanium Relevance silencer finished with a premium carbon fibre end cap. Developed using extensive dyno and circuit testing, the system provides substantial gains in horsepower and torque while reducing overall weight for improved handling and acceleration.

The exhaust incorporates three dedicated lambda sensor ports—one for each header pipe—allowing precise, cylinder-specific ECU calibration on a rolling road for maximum tuning accuracy.

Assembly Instructions and Warnings

· Install using the supplied mounting hardware following standard workshop procedures.
· Professional installation is strongly recommended.
· Ensure all fasteners are correctly torqued before use.
· Recheck all fixings after the initial heat cycle.
· Removal of the dB killer increases the sound level to approximately 104 dB.

Important Information

· Passenger footrests must be removed for installation.
· Compatible with racing fairings fitted with a lower belly pan.
