Termignoni introduces the slip-on silencer for the new Yamaha YZF R1 made in Carbon and Titanium cuNb, the same used by the Termignoni Reparto Corse to realize racing exhausts.

The cuNb is a special Titanium alloy that has excellent formability in ambient temperature and high mechanical strength even after 600°C and resists oxidation above 800°C. This allows us to significantly reduce the weight while still providing a high level of performance and durability of the exhaust, much higher than systems made of a commercial titanium alloy.

To satisfy the request of racing users, Termignoni also offers the opportunity to have a final body without a catalyser made of Titanium cuNb that can be fitted with the original silencer and of course with the Termignoni one.
