Shipping Policy
UK stock items: Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), are typically dispatched the same working day. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you with an update and expected dispatch date.
UK mainland delivery: Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £5.50. Medium and larger items are sent through our courier network, including Parcelforce, DPD, DHL and FedEx, for £8.92.
Special order items: Delivery estimates vary with supplier availability. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours after arriving with us.
International delivery: Most orders arrive within seven working days from dispatch, subject to destination and customs processing. Delivery costs are available through our shipping calculator.
Tracking: Tracking information is emailed after dispatch and may also be sent by text where a mobile number was provided. Additional charges may apply following repeated failed delivery attempts or incorrect delivery details.

These Terms apply to all customers.
All goods are subject to availability.
Please ensure that the product is suitable for your requirements before placing an order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where pricing or product information errors have occurred.
All items supplied are new unless otherwise stated.
Pricing & Payment
UK Customers: Prices include VAT at 20%.
International Customers: Prices are displayed without UK VAT.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay and Bank Transfer.
Price Match: We price match qualifying UK retailers within 30 days. Marketplace listings such as eBay and Amazon are excluded.
International Duties & Import Fees
Non-UK customers: UK tax will not be charged on your order. Import duties are collected at checkout for seamless delivery straight to your door.
Please provide accurate telephone, email and delivery details so that couriers or customs authorities can contact you where necessary.
Product Fitment & Warranty
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, modification or incorrect installation.
Installation: Products must be installed by a competent individual.
MPS does not accept liability for issues arising from incorrect fitment.
Pre-Ride Checks: A full visual and operational inspection should be carried out before the motorcycle is ridden.
Returns & Refunds
Cancellations: Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Compatibility: Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before purchasing.
Returned products should be unused, unopened and in new condition, where applicable.
An administration fee may apply to eligible returns where permitted.
Used, damaged or incorrectly handled products may not be eligible for return, subject to your statutory rights.
Refunds are normally processed within 3–5 working days.
Special-order products may be non-returnable, subject to applicable consumer rights and legal exceptions.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Promotions & Discounts
Promotions and discounts may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
Only one DNA filter discount may be used per qualifying exhaust purchase.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are delivered by email.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers must be redeemed in the same currency in which they were issued.
Loyalty & Referral Programmes
Next Order Discount: Valid for six months and applies to the most expensive eligible item.
Referral Programme: The recommender's name must be provided at checkout to qualify.
