SC Project 2-1 Trofeo SC1-R Carbon Full System Aprilia RS660 2025-26

Developed from the Aprilia RS 660 Trophy project, the SC Project Trofeo 2-1 Carbon Full System offers serious performance gains, reduced weight, and an aggressive race-bred sound.

Featuring variable diameter titanium headers, this full system delivers a power increase of +3.6 hp and +2.7 Nm of torque at 9250 rpm. Thanks to its lightweight construction, it also reduces overall weight by 3.1 kg, giving a 40% saving over the stock system and improving agility on track.

Fitted with the SC1-R carbon fibre silencer and removable dB killer, the system produces 101 dB with the insert fitted or 105 dB without. Built using TIG welds and CNC machined billet bushings, this precision-engineered system is fully reversible and plug-and-play, although ECU remapping is recommended for maximum performance. Strictly for racing use, it is not compatible with passenger footpegs, and a single seat bracket is included. To prevent ECU errors once the catalyst is removed, SC-Project strongly recommends the Electronic Catalytic Remover (ECR), available separately.
