Placed an order online, unfortunately the product was not in stock and I was notified immediately.
Steve was in contact updating me about the status of the order and lived up to his promised delivery frame.
I hope in the future they represent more brands for me to comeback and purchase again.
Happy to see Customer service still being practiced.

Hi there,
Just to say that I am very impressed with your service and firm.
You responded to my phone message very quickly and as someone who still enjoys talking to product sellers all was good.
Due to time constraints I’ve not yet put it on the bike. I’m hoping that I can attach it for longer journeys then put the current one back on for off-road.

The screen was unavailable for several weeks due to problems from Puig beyond their control of MPS.
When they got stock, I got the screen the next day.

The guys here actually called me to advise of 3 month lead-time on a dark smoke screen offering and suggested taking a light smoke alternative they had in stock.
Even sent me pictures to compare the 2.
After I'd agreed to swap they sent it to me next day.
More sellers should take note - this is how you do customer services!!
