The SC Project S1 Silencer is designed as the ultimate upgrade for the Kawasaki Z900, combining lightweight titanium construction, aggressive styling, and a deep, resonant exhaust note.

As one of SC-Project’s most iconic slip-on mufflers, the S1 is the perfect blend of race-inspired design and everyday usability. Manufactured entirely from titanium, it achieves a remarkable weight reduction of over 60% compared to the OEM exhaust, while improving both handling and agility. Performance gains include up to +3.1 hp and +2.0 Nm of torque at 10,700 rpm, with a smoother and more consistent power delivery throughout the low and mid-range.

The Z900’s four-cylinder soundtrack is transformed with SC-Project’s signature tone — deep, aggressive, and fully compliant with Euro 5+ regulations. The hyper-aggressive slash-cut outlet, carbon fibre end cap, and hand-welded sector link pipe give the S1 a distinctive racing look, while the included premium carbon fibre heat shield ensures a seamless aesthetic upgrade over the OEM part. Installation is straightforward with no ECU remapping required.

Assembly Instructions and Warnings

SC-Project exhausts are delivered with all necessary hardware for installation. Professional fitting is recommended. ECU remapping is not required. Lead time is typically 3–15 working days, but please note it may extend by 4–6 weeks depending on stock availability — check with us before placing your order.
