Developed directly from the research and engineering work carried out for the Aprilia Racing RS 660 Trophy, the SC Project SC1-R Carbon Race Exhaust System is a high-performance full system designed to maximise the potential of the Aprilia RS660. Built using advanced manufacturing techniques and race-proven components, this system delivers improved performance, reduced weight and a distinctive racing exhaust note.

The complete system is manufactured using AISI 304 stainless steel headers with variable diameters to optimise exhaust gas flow throughout the rev range. Precision TIG welding carried out in controlled environments and CNC-machined billet bushings ensure perfect component alignment, easier installation and exceptional build quality.

Fitted with the iconic SC1-R carbon fibre silencer, the exhaust produces a deep and aggressive sound while maintaining the lightweight advantages expected from a race-focused system. Removal of the original catalytic converter significantly reduces operating temperatures and contributes to increased engine performance.
